Ok guys. base on reading a spoiler above and some statements on this episodes, Haru said that, He don’t care if he will not get his wings back as long as he defeat Nomi. So I think it means that, If Nomi is totally killed on that match, stolen skills/avatar parts will not be returned. So I think Chiyu puposely healed Nomi to have a 2nd match with a plan of retrieving Haru’s wings first before totally kicking Nomi’s ass off.

@haru & spoiler above yeah I am inclined to believe you to an extent but you both have to admit that watching this episode regardless of knowing Chiyu is just keeping the bastard Nomi alive just so that Haru can get his wings back; It still gets under your skin. People like Nomi need to be purged and brought down a few notches to show that they are no better than any one else. If Burst link were real I would use it to make me have a better positition in life but I would use that position to better as many lifes as I could unlike Nomi who would most likely be Yakussa.
