I like Avatar: The last Airbender and I was very expecting what the sequel might bring. It’s only natural, that some characters are revived, though Korra resembles the late and not the childish aang, but overall there is not one new character. A bit disappointing.
But I’m very satisfied with the idea, that now the non-benders take action as the opposing force – though the chi-controlling should be something for the elites, as it was in the last airbender and not a usual ability for every goon. The “leather benders” were actually quite cool. I want to see more of them: really skilled fighters, that don’t rely on bending powers, but on strength, special techniques or weapons and supreme tactics.

Come on; I want “AVATAR STATE”

Can someone please tell me what happens after 21:55. “But I assure you, I – ” and then mine refuses to play, even though it says it is finished. AAARGH.

For those curious, he basically says he’s gonna screw her over on a later date. He knocks her out, causing her to see a short vision of Aang who’s in trouble (see ep 9) and Tenzen appears. He asks how she is and what happened, she explains Amon lured her in. He asks if she lost her bending, so she bends a little fire in her hand and says she’s fine. She then starts crying and says she was worried (don’t really blame her) and Tenzen says it’s fine and that he understands it.
