the relationship between manga nad anime is just like the relationship between book and a movie made based on the book… the anime is BASED ON THE MANGA… so its the same fucking thing
and fillers are but an excuse to slow down the anime since one anime episode is supposed to be 4 manga chapters
fillers are NOT part of the plot OR the anime its just an epsisode (or a bunch of them) to give the fans their weekly dose of bleach so that people dont forget about it
