No it obviously isn’t. It’s the last episode of the arc and possibly season. Bleach will most likely continue on for a few more years.

It’s accounced a long time ago that this will be the last episode for Bleach anime.
Why? Because the ratings have been very bad for a really long time, it isn’t making money enough etc…
No one knows if the anime will eventually return but for now it’s cancelled.
So enjoy the last episode.

If you relate back to episode 365, kon also said that it is the last of the shinigami illustrated book so it might be the end of the anime and the last arc of the manga

This was the last episode, the manga is going to continue on for one more chapter but the anime is over. Last I heard they did not plan to convert the final story arc into anime format at this time, but may change in the future but for now it looks like Bleach has been cancelled.

its not over for good. the manga is on its final arc, theyre are doing exactly as inuyasha did. its going on break for the writing of the final arc and then they will continue the anime. it’ll be back soon. maybe even a movie before then?
