Hmm.. I tried to watch the first season when it came out, I ended up watching about half of it, I tried to give the second season a chance, and I just cant watch it.. this episode was far too inconsistent.. the hero guy should outshine everyone given the fact that he basically “won” the first season.. but lets say that the dark haired hero girl some how is his equal.. then how the hell does the other girl who didn’t want to fight all of a sudden own them both vs her? The first hero even seemed to have owned Leo’s brother on his way to the battle field.. it just seems ridiculous that the 3rd hero chick could all of a sudden grasp the use of magic perfectly and become even with the other two.. oh well

I agree, it’s inconsistent, and I was really disappointed when Cinque and Nanami together actually lost to Rebecca, while I know Cinque has been to Biscotti before and he didn’t actually master the magic in like 3 minutes.
And Rebecca is not like him, he won the second place for the olympic, and yet Rebecca defeated them in a flash.
And what’s with that sudden confidence from Rebecca? :’/
And yes I smiled my head off when Leo defeated Couverte. :3
I still want to see the ending, though, so I’ll watch while keeping this disappointment in myself.

Animes are made for you so you can ENJOY it not for constantly looking for areas to criticize. Even the worst animes have something good about them. So far i enjoy dog days and dont constantly look out for areas to be disappointed in. If you dont enjoy it and constantly feel disappointed about any anime its time for you to switch animes
