Comparing animes is pretty stupid if you ask me, but I would have to say #1 DBZ/GT goes to the strongest possible characters, and #2 id say Goku out does Gohan, especially super saiyan 3 later on

Gohan might be able to destroy him, but would Alucard really care about it?
Gohan at least still CAN be killed…
Oh and i agree that comparing anime characters doesnt make much sense, since all those charakters live in different worlds with different balances.

By the way, Ichigo as a shinigami has no real body that Gohan could attack…
