if your wondering whats the difference between this full metal alchemist and the old one, its the plan the homunculous have and the leader of them is not the woman that was in the old full metal. Its a man that looks like hoeinhiem. The New full metals are alot more intresting and deep than the old bs fillers.read the manga.

hummm i think the first seiries was better, much more drama, more fealing to it. the way the two brothers that souls were put onto the armor died, the way that fullmetal faught….
hummm ware is this all going?

i personaly think the storyline of this FMA serie is better, though the way there gooing treu it is totaly rubish, normaly i like it when the anime has some speed in it, though this time there gooing so fast that u dont get to feel or realize any of it before the next happens, the first series was defenetly better at that point, though the potential of this serie is/was even greater, untill now i personaly think its a bit of a letdown.

This anime follows the manga. The first half of the series will be roughly the same, but will split off for the rest.

The Manga is way better than the first Anime, which is still great.

Previous version has bad story in the end…
This version will have more sense ending

@lars, it’s probably going fast because it wants to get past everything that was covered in the first season. Once it gets to the part that diverges from the first season, I’m sure it’ll slow down to a more manageable speed.
