This epsiode is simply a re-cap episode, though it is nice to finally see Gons family in new series.

oh come’on!!!! 1st you made hunter x hunter start from episode 1. and now a recap??? get on with the show already. greed island is still a long way to go!!!

oh yeah! nobody care if your 1st or not. just put some comment like the rest of us. saying 1st just to get attention, that’s just LAME.

AGAIN, this episode SUCKS bigtime!
if i want a recap, ill just watch the original hunterxhunter. which has no cutscenes.

I for one thought the re-cap was nice. And even though i have already watched all episodes leading up to this i was still very pleased with it. Unlike all of you ungrateful bastards who say that this was a waste of an episode. Just think, The anime company that runs HunterXHunter 2011 DIDNT HAVE TO DO A REMAKE, They could of just left it as it was, They could have let it ROT with all the other older anime that are not ongoing still. Think about that, okay? I am sorry this turned into more of a rant comment.
