I dont really like it, I would have rathered the explanation be he was holding back during their fights, or the cliche he’s got hidden powers.. not just some random bs about Shin being able to take out a “veteran” that he couldn’t.. I mean I found it a bit ridiculous last ep that he defeated like 20 armed thugs, but then he even beats this crazy assassin… lame

and quite undynamic animations… plz someone explain to me y anyone would prefer this? is it cheaper to make?

I see what yuhr saying but you shouldnt forget that he was going up against hyou so you should think of it this way, hyou was just stronger than all those people that shin is defeating. I mean thats how i think of it, it is possible to be better than them if you keep training with someone who far surpasses them. Besides from the moment shin met hyou, hyou already knew how to fight so whose to say he wasnt that powerful… lighten up dude.
