u can tell that it is a filler because the story doesnt move on and this is the missing tailed guy that is only showen on the frist page of the manga and he has a scare on his nose and a mist headband so this is completely off track and sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

if u guys want naruto to be non fillerish, then naruto wldve been a 12 / 24 episode type anime with a few seasons. which in the end leave u commenting for more on every last episode. there is a reason naruto has over 100+ episodes.
