I think these eps are not fillers. Just a way to let us see the village is rebuilding and make us know there is a ceasure, a point of no return that have been passed. Since there are so many idiots that don´t even know what a filler is, I will explain. A filler is any story in an anime that was not in the manga. This episode is a filler and those who say there are fillers in manga, please go an drink toilet water along with others who share a similarly low IQ. And no they are not ignorant, people ignorant of a subject don´t just guess and make statement up on the spot, they either don´t make the statement or read up and rid themselves of their ignorance for the subject.
