no kisame is in the sword. no one knows it yet. bee carrys it around and naruto and bee meet. bee helps naruto to harness the full ninetails powers and when naruto overwhelms the nine tail and captures all of the nine tails chakra…. narutos new powers from the whole nine tail working as friends now( master-naruto and slave-ninetails) naruto notices kisame in the sword and kisame breaks free from the sword and trys to escape. shortly after that kisame dies.
