My Answer is this : u can read the manga until the point where the anime is already and take a peak at the next chapter to know if the following episodes are fillers or not… and this episode, Naruto Shippuuden 251 IS NOT A FILLER, IT IS CANNON…

Guys You Can Read NARUTO MANGA chapters 507-508 and see that this episode (251) is CANNON, its not a filler…

Franky needs a re-re-design but anyway, why’d naruto ask what to do? Its obvious use the 9-tails chakra…
