Strange, if the flaw in the jutsu was so apparent, how was it that the first and second hokage was bound to fight the third hokage during the invasion of konoha by orochimaru?

well if i remember correctly, sai used to say he didnt know what face to make when his brother died, but he killed his emotions afterwards, so is it a story mistake? (btw i dont think that he simply lied about that)

Even someone with emotions doesn’t necessarily know what to do when they see someone die, maybe at that moment he killed his emotions, or maybe he still had his emotions and didn’t know what to do.
