yea, its about time. second gear, he could have used a person to slingshot him to the platform or he could have ran faster. all the other people saved him from fighting like 3 times each.Maybe he could have crawled faster.

the thing is, there are the admirals and the shichibukai (and that is not to mention sengoku) Luffy couldn’t just act as rashly as he usually does (thanks to Iva and WB).. but yeah… the manga is so much more action packed and fast-paced… but the anime is not that bad either.~
