Atleast there is story involved and is still ongoing. Unlike Bleach that just puttered out after Aizen was defeated.
Was hoping for some back story on Ichigo’s father but nope bye bye.

I also think naruto is getting close to the finale in the manga so be glad for fillers that are actual storyline (unlike some of the BS ignorant fillers).

I don’t understand why there are so many people complaining about the flashback. A good anime is more than just countless fight after fight. You get to understand more of the story and a good back ground and plot makes a story a lotttt better than just meaningless fights. One Piece has done this before and you’re still watching. Don’t know why you’re complaining now.
