Here’s why it’s silly for the Navy to serve and protect the Celestial Dragons. These are the most corrupt people in existence, and they buy slaves for fun. Do you really think they bother with birth control or keeping track of illegitimate children? Which means that for every Dragon the government does recognize, there’s probably 15-20 more that they don’t. So odds are if you picked somebody off the street, they’d have just as much “noble” blood as any of the Dragons, possibly more. And they’re bound to have better morals, at least. Not to mention the Navy has more than enough power to simply wipe the Dragons off the map in the first place, so why they don’t simply kill the Dragons and frame pirates for it is beyond me.

Because the supreme navy admirals belongs to the Celestial Dragons. As in the real world, the military force protect the government and the laws above all. Citizen life is not in their range of importance. People used to misundertand it and think the military forces are here to protect undefended people, which is bullshit.

That is because celestial dragons were descendants of kings, the twenty king they once ruled the world just like how obama rule us, they stopped being king and being the celestial dragon the ‘nobles’, they do whatever they want but the real power lies in the world government.

Oh and the celestial dragons are connected to the world government which controls the navy. So the celestial dragons can abuse their powers
